How It Works

Step 1

Partner onboarding

We’ll have a call or meet you in person to explain how we work, what we build, and how the referral process works. We’ll answer any questions and get the simple referral agreement signed. You’re then ready to start introducing.

Step 2

The introduction

When you spot a client who could benefit, you do what you do best — have the conversation, understand their situation, and let them know you’ve got someone who can help. Then arrange a meeting for us to come and see them together, or separately if that works better. If we’re already in conversation with the client, we’ll let you know straight away — no awkwardness, no wasted effort.

Step 3

The meeting

We meet the client, either with you or on our own. We listen, ask the right questions, and tell them honestly whether we can help. If we can’t, we’ll say so.

Step 4

The proposal

If there’s a fit, we put together a clear proposal with a fixed price, agreed scope, and timeline. No vague estimates. The client knows exactly what they’re getting and what it costs before anything starts.

Step 5

The build

Once approved, we deliver. Clear timeline, staged payments, and progress every week. We keep you in the loop throughout.

Step 6

Your commission

We pay you 20% commission on project work* — the initial build and any new projects with the same client within 12 months of your introduction. Paid once we’re paid. Commission doesn’t apply to ongoing maintenance, support, or retainer and day-rate arrangements after the initial build.

Do I need to know about AI myself to refer?

Not at all. If your client mentions any of the frustrations on this page, just make the introduction. We’ll handle the technical conversation from there.

What’s my role after the introduction?

That’s up to you. Some partners prefer to be in the room for the first meeting. Others make the introduction and leave us to it. Either works — we’ll keep you in the loop on how things progress either way.

How do I know my client is in good hands?

All client work is covered by NDA. We follow UK Government, ICO, and GDPR guidance as standard. Every tool goes through multiple security audits. And we have a 95% client retention rate — clients tend to stay.
